Soligorsky district
It is the youngest city of the Minsk region, founded in 1958, owes its birth to the discovery of a potash salt deposit here. The main mineral wealth of Belarus is extracted in the region - potash ore, from which high-quality potash fertilizers known in 120 countries of the world are produced by enrichment. Today, Soligorsk is a modern, cozy city with a population of more than 106 thousand people, with a developed social and transport infrastructure, a large industrial center of the Minsk region.
