“Pavalyaki”

The authentic folk group “Pavalyaki” from the village of Obchin in the Lubansky district is included in the list of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Belarus. The team is more than 40 years old, and the oldest member of it celebrated its 85th anniversary. The ensemble’s repertoire includes calendar, family-ritual, lyrical, love, comic songs, ballads, choruses, common in the Lyubansky district. Old stubble songs are distinguished by a special color.
