It was built by Karl Svyatsky, the last owner of Krupok, at the beginning of the XX century. According to legend, an impoverished landowner built a house on the bank of the Beaver River thanks to the treasure of Napoleon discovered in the Standing Lake, whose untold riches, according to legend, the French emperor took out of Moscow, but did not take it to Paris. A two-story Art Nouveau house and part of an old park have been preserved. Walking along its paths, you can admire stone art objects-original sculptures of famous carvers in the country.
