Serious research work was carried out in the Kopyl region – representatives of club institutions of the district, the Minsk Regional Center of Folk Art met with indigenous women of villages during the expeditions, wrote down recipes for cooking chowder, casseroles, fish, meat, cereals, dairy dishes, soups, tinctures, etc. In the traditional cuisine of the Kopyl region, you can separately distinguish specialties from the village of Lotviny. On the basis of the local center of amateur creativity, there is a club of national cuisine “Lotvinsky udalukhs”. The members of the club set their main task to revive and preserve old home recipes. Local beauties – “udalukhs” not only perfectly cook according to ancient recipes, but also perfectly sing ancient ritual songs.
