The sports facility is one of the most beautiful and functional in Belarus and an iconic landmark of the Minsk region. Borisov Arena serves as the home stadium for the BATE football club, it also hosts matches of the national team. The construction of the stadium began in November 2010, the day of its official opening is May 3, 2014. The total capacity of the arena is over 13 thousand people. Borisov Arena meets the highest international standards, can host matches of the Europa League and the Champions League.
