Berezina River

This is the longest river in Belarus, its length is 613 km, and its entire course is located within the borders of Belarus. The Berezina is a right tributary of the Dnieper, originates in the Vitebsk region, flows in a southerly direction, reaches the Gomel region and flows into the Dnieper. Fans of active recreation will like the extreme kayaking along the Berezina – high sandy yars with ship pines alternate with bare shores and endless expanses here. Berezina is rich in fish – there are catfish, walleye, perch, carp, bream, you can even catch trout or burbot.
